I really need to try to keep up with my blog.
For those of you who read it, sorry I haven't posted in so long, I often want to but am busy, lazy, or forget.
I'll fill you in on as much as I can about everything that has happened in the last 3 months if you haven't already seen this stuff on Facebook, Youtube or Twitter.
I'll start with moving.
My parents separated a year ago in March and my mom is now living in the states, not far though, by plane it's only an hour or two away.
So Miranda, my dad and I are still living in our house, which is too big for the 3 of us and to expensive with only my dads income.
So we are downsizing.
We're actually moving into the same apartment building as AJ, to be exact, it will be directly below AJ.
Well below and over to the left.
The apartment is a 2 bedroom, meaning it will only be Miranda and my dad, therefore I am moving in with AJ.
I'm happy they'll be below me because going to see them will be easy because they'll be close. I won't even have to go outside :)
We're moving out of our house in 18 or 20 days.
Going from such a large house to a 2 bedroom apartment will be a huge change for my dad and sister.
I've been staying at AJ's for a couple of months now and I'm used to it.
Miranda likes to be loud, sing loud, play loud music, etc…
She'll have to adjust.
Not to mention all of the stuff we can't bring because not everything will fit.
Which my dad seems to be struggling with, he likes all of his things.
Anyways,
I didn't have a huge or special Christmas this year, we didn't even put our tree up!
I'm okay with that though.
I got enough money to buy myself a camera that I have been wanting for awhile now!
It's a Canon Waterproof PowerShot D20.
Isn't it beautiful?
I have wanted a waterproof camera since I was around 10 years old, because I lived in Hawaii and was always surrounded by water.
I'm so excited about it.
I have a Canon EOS Rebel T3i as well, which I've had for around a year and a half and it's a bigger camera, it's bulky and heavy.
I also wanted a small camera for my youtube videos, a camera I could just carry around with me and pull out whenever I wanted to film something. Whereas if I did that with my big camera, I'd be worried it would break and I wouldn't want to carry it because I may not even use it and it's heavy.
So when I decided to get a small one, I wanted it to be waterproof and the same brand as my other camera.
I'm going to be visiting my mom sometime this summer with AJ and Miranda and am super happy to have this camera for when I go!
So most people know this by now, I dropped out of college.
I liked the people in my course and my teachers, but financially and such I couldn't do it.
I also don't see myself pursuing any sort of career in Journalism, I really only took the course because I love reading and writing, but the course wasn't really what I expected. I'm also not very good at communicating, I can't really go up to someone and start asking them a buttload of questions about random things.
I wish I was more outgoing.
In other news, I dyed my hair again, big shock there!
I believe I had pink hair last time I updated my blog, well since then I have had red and now purple.
I used 'N Rage Color hair dye. it's Demi-Permanent.
For the red I used Crimson Red, the colour turned out amazing, the exact shade I wanted!
But the dye ran so much, it was awful, it stained my clothing even when my hair was dry.
Again, I used 'N Rage Color dye, this time in the colour Purple Plum, which I used a year ago and have no problems with, the colour is perfect and it doesn't run unless I'm shampooing my hair!
I have a war going on in my head about dying my hair back to brown, a little darker then my natural colour, because I don't want to bleach my hair anymore, it's not good for my hair, the only problem is, I LOVE the blonde and the colours I can dye my hair when I bleach it.
My hair isn't damaged or anything but I don't want it to become damaged.
So I'm highly considering brown once the purple fades out, which won't be for around 3 months if I take care of it.
I'm open to suggestions since I'm so unsure, should I go back to brown which I haven't done in years, or should I continue changing my hair as I have been?
My life has been rather uneventful lately.
I've been re-watching every season of Ghost Whisperer, I used to love that show and was so upset when it was cancelled.
I'm also getting another tattoo :D
I am not sure when, but AJ is saving up some money and as a gift for my birthday, Christmas, Valentine's day, and our one year, he is buying my tattoo.
It will be a portrait of my cat, Phantom and it will be on my thigh, similar to these, not exactly these, I am still trying to find a design I like, but it will be my cat.
Anyways, I have to get ready and do something productive now.
Life Starts Now, am I ready?
